had 8 months and works perfectly, got it to use with the new VMedia internet phone service through the router and it works well ( old phone not compatible) good buy for the price 👍

Nice little phone, handsfree which is great, can be used anywhere (our area has no signal, so mobiles are frustrating to use). Easy to set up and once done, works well. Very pleased, thank you. Came boxed with instructions ready to use. No need to adjust anything. Don't know how long batteries will last before recharging.

Item is compact, good features, large visible numbers for mum of 80 years. Delivery service polite and professional. Didn't arrive in any packaging or even an envelope, just its box and a label, but item appears to be working and in good order. Great price. Thank you.

I cannot see how some reviewers had difficulty with its setting-up .....as I (no electro-wiz!) simply followed instructions, and had it set-up (with time/date,. etc) within a minute or so!Very simple! Excellent tone of reception .....neat, and smart-looking .......at an amazingly good price!I do not understand why 2xAAA batteries (provided) AND a mains charger (but I expect they have good reason for this!)My old phone was giving trouble ......and this phone (& Amazon delivery) resolved it, ib a day!

Had this unit for approximately 2 months. Was ok to start off with. Now has developed an intermittent fault, where at time call out. However, still receives call but time to time just can not make outbound calls. Probably a one off faulty unit. Will contact Amazon for refund and see what happens.

The phone is OK, ready to use in the UK. Simple user interface, reach enough functionality for a landline phone. The UK customer service, though, was not very polite, unwilling to clarify details that were not included in the manual, suggesting to contact the UK seller (Amazon in this case).
