I got this because I'm short and after 25 years of struggling with my high ceilings, fans, shower walls, and big windows, I searched for promising products. This solved all the problems—no more balancing on a ladder.It goes together easily and comes apart the same. The dust attachments wash well.Since purchasing last week, I've already done my ceiling fans, glass shower doors, windows above my shower that are high, shower walls, and all my crown molding. It works well and now I'm going to get one for my parents who are both elderly and shouldn't be standing on ladders to do their windows either.

I was a little disappointed with this product. I specifically purchased it because both the squeegee and the cleaning heads could be attached and used at the same time, with the idea being that you could scrub the window with the cleaning head, and then just spin the pole over to the squeegee side and start removing the water from the windows. The problem is that when you spin it over to the squeegee side, the water from the cleaning head still drips all over the windows. I may have to work with it more, but today I found I had to keep removing the cleaning head before I could use the squeegee. It was not efficient at all. I really wish I would have purchase separate tools for each purpose instead. On the bright side, the cleaning head worked really well!

Truly disappointed with this product. The arm being able to bend might seem like a good thing at first but over time it becomes flimsy to the point where you can apply enough pressure to clean or dry out the windows. Greatly disappointed in this product and in the brand. Will look at something else that is more durable for the long term.

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. Not only am I able to reach the entire windshield from one side of my large SUV, but I was even able to reach the sunroof with ease. I especially liked having the option of both the large and small squeegee because the smaller one allowed me to fit the microfiber cloth in the bucket as I washed my vehicle without detaching the squeegee. As far as the construction it is very well made and both assembling and disassembling were easy. This product has saved me a ton of time washing my vehicle and cleaning the glass. I would definitely recommend this product!

I think I would really like this product, it unfortunately the one I received appears to be defective. The push button that holds the “head” onto the pole isn’t cut correctly so the button never pops up the whole way. This makes it so the head won’t stay on the pole. I’m afraid to use it because my intended purpose is to clean the glass roof of a solarium and if the head pops off when I pull back it’ll be stuck out on the roof!The product does appear to be sturdy build, it’s just mine is defective.
