The product arrived damaged despite being well packaged (maybe I was purposely given a damaged product?). The quality seems to be the same as the one I’ve purchased directly through the site. In the future, I’ll order directly through the Ava Estell site…

This is the replacement sent to me after the original one I got had the quality control sticker ripped, dents all over the container, and product looked like it had contents removed from the container. Now I have a replacement with product leaking out of the container all over the packaging and again denting of the container but the sticker is intact ... so yay for the small things.I really like the brand and the products and have been wanting to try it for my eczema but this is kinda a let down. Maybe try to have the lid completely closed or even having the contents sealed before having the cap of the tin container put on when shipping not just from one little sticker on the side to hold everything in place.I have been wanting to try this brand for about two years for my eczema and have finally convinced myself to get it. The cream it's self smells amazing and I guess I'll keep doing this return back and forth crap until there is a product that doesn't arrived damaged. I really want to use the product and potentially have it in my skin care routine

This is a nice cream.Smells good, applies well and has left my skin feeling soft. Having added sunscreen is a nice feature too.Perhaps a little pricey though.

I have mixed feelings about using this, because when it arrived, the seal between the lid on the tub had been broken. Upon looking inside the pot, it wasn’t clear whether the product been tampered with. And it actually looks like the seal tape had been put on the lid when it was too loose, and I still had been broken because someone tightened the lid.Anyway, I decided to be brave and tried the product on my legs. In the tub is firm and requires a bit of digging out. It has a strong chocolate orange smell to it not unlike Terrys chocolate oranges. It’s a very matte white cream and I can completely believe that this provides SPF protection.

Very soft and good for my brown skin especially during summer season. I would recommend it to all though a bit expensive.
