When I received my item I put it on immediately and when I turned it on I was getting a lot of sharp electric pains but when I realized that you have to wet the area before applying it now does the job perfect really good item easy to use And a lot better than the sticky pads you have to put on individually would highly recommend this

I've been using it everyday for about a week now. Once you get through the first tingling pain sensation, the product is very good! I love wearing it now. It's very easy to use, fit well around my waist and the quality is nice as well!

It works but does not fit.

I don't know how it will work... but the size of the belt is definitely not 124 cm... but 107 cm, which may cause quite a problem with tightening the circumference... And therefore without self-adhesive gel inserts without any useful...

Make sure you read instructions as you need to charge device before first use and wet skin before using by using the bottle inc in the box. Once charged pop onto belt wet skin and choose the program you want.

i had to write a review about this one..... i have use it twice and my abs muscle are achy for the intensity that the equipment work on it , highly recommended
