The media could not be loaded.  So with this product, I would definitely recommend that when you’re removing your old rods and installing these new ones that you use some kind of gloves or towel because they are a little greasy now. Otherwise I am so happy. I finally made the decision to order these because literally I had been dealing with an unbalanced spin cycle for months, and could not find anyone in my city who would come out to repair the appliance. I was not in any type of position to buy a new comparable machine plus I really like the washing machine I already have and there’s nothing else wrong with it so what I did was, I went on YouTube and I was troubleshooting the problem , what I saw was that a lot of people were saying that replacing these rods would solve the problem. Since Amazon has such an amazing shipping and return process, I figured I had nothing to lose and when I had a few extra bucks, I decided to make the purchase, the first thing I did was , get the model number off of my machine and then I entered the model number into the search bar of Amazon with the brand name of my washer and the Words, suspension, rods. These rods appeared in my search results. I saw that they had great reviews, so I placed my order and they did arrive quickly. I noticed the box they came in, looked like it had been opened a little bit, but after I opened it and examined the product everything appeared to be in t tact. The next morning, I spent about an hour and kind of figured it out myself just opening up the top part of the washer, taking the old rods out and putting the new ones in. It was super easy now the real test was the first load of laundry. I made sure to do the balancing calibration before I did any laundry. Then I filled my washing machine with heavy towels. I cannot explain the level of joy I have experienced in my heart since I fixed my own washing machine with these rods thank you so much to the seller for offering a solution , when you’re washing machine is out of balance it can take all day just to finish one load of laundry. I noticed a huge increase in my water bill. Also a huge increase in my electric bill. This is because when the spin cycle isn’t working, the clothes are still really wet when they go in the dryer so you have to dry them , sometimes three times as long and who wants to do that? Answer nobody anyway if you wanna be a washing machine and yourself of your spin cycle definitely give these a shot they work. They are sturdy and I give them two gigantic enthusiastic. If you have a Samsung washer, you probably have watched several YouTube videos to determine why your washer gets unbalanced during EVERY spin cycle. Well, more than likely, it is bad suspension rod(s). Ordered these four and viola! Like having a new washer! These are well made and have the special anti-friction oil (for high speed appliances) in place too. Get your washer’s model number for easy ordering, watch a few installation videos before placing. You’ll be thankful that you’re not wasting time, water and $$ on extra spin cycles that almost always fail to balance the load!

These suspension rods worked for a couple of loads before they were worse than the ones I took out to replace. You’re better off spending the money and buying the oem ones than wasting your time and money on these.

My washing machine needed new stabilizer rods. This product worked great. My brother and son-in-law installed in less than 45 min. which saved me a load of money!

They fit well and were not hard to replace I recommend

My washer was shaking and making loud noises these were easy to install and only took 5 min ! Now it’s working just like it did when we first bought it

These did not correct the problem of an unbalanced tub. These were not as sturdy as the OEM suspension rods. They caused the inner washer tub to bounce even more than usual. The OEM product will flex downward but correct themselves on the way up. These do not.
