It was worth the money
All the specifications about this laptop were right, delivery time was rapid and I am enjoying using it. Perfect for work, really fast.

Great purchase
In the beginning, I was a little bit scared to buy it but, it works perfectly love it! The size is perfect, the appeareance is great.

Turned into a Lemon
Initially I gave this a glowing review as an impressive value. However, after just over two months the laptop started rebooting itself every 60 seconds and running very hot. I contacted HP who told me that the unit had been modified by the seller and as such they refused to assist me... HP provided ZERO assistance!Amazon however, came to my rescue and even though the return window had closed, they offered to take the unit back and give me a full refund... Amazon couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful... The laptop gets one star and in this case Amazon gets five stars...

ordered the model after reading the spec for a the car, when received the model did not fit.

Opened box
The listing showed Windows 11 Home, it came with Windows 11 S. Easy fix to Home but not accurate description. The box was opened because the laptop was taken out and upgraded from 8 to 12 gb of RAM. Also upgraded from 256 to 512 gb of storage. This listing was very misleading. I did receive the laptop with the correct specs but the laptop should have shipped as advertised and not opened and upgraded. I can't tell if it was a used computer or not. Very disappointed.Update 5/20/2024Just found out the battery was replaced with a non HP compliant battery. Very sketchy seller. Buyer beware about buying from this seller. Will be returning laptop.

Do not buy!! Wi-Fi adapter failed after 4 months and can no longer connect to the internet. Model has no Ethernet port either - complete POS

Quick Laptop even quicker shipping
I ordered this laptop with 8 mins left for the 1 day shipping. I was thinking there is no way I was going to receive it the following day. I did indeed receive it by 3 pm the next day. GREAT JOB!! Now the laptop came in new condition no scratches or anything! Setup was quick and painless and I found the laptop to be very quick for what the hardware is. Multitasking is a breeze and web browsing is flawless. Very fast startup and programs run smoothly. The price was also excellent at less than 400 dollars. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a very great sub 500 dollar laptop. Im looking forward to using it everyday!!
