My first bottle came with a broken pump. Clearly broken during shipping (not a manufacturer error). Amazon replaced without a problem. The second bottle works and isn’t broken! The second shipping had extra bubble wrap inside the Box.The oil inside is a nice consistency and a good color. The pump works nice for an oil (which is surprising). The smell is correct and the size is great. Love that it’s in a glass bottle, and especially love the pump. I would order again.10/10.Despite the first shipping issue. They made it right (without hassle) and the product is great! Good deal for the size of bottle.

Update - seller is very responsive- reached out regarding the product issue, raising to 4 stars because proactive demonstration of valuing customers is important to me. —- Excited to receive this product because in glass and purity looked good. Unfortunately leaked in box (even with plastic over pump), now leaking from cap - will return or throw out. If doesn’t seal properly I don’t feel good about longevity of what is in the bottle.

These work great. Be sure not to leave at least 2 inches all around where you do not put the castor oil. Allow it to soak in for 15-20 minutes. This will ensure the oil does not leak out.

The doesn’t work that is really why I bought it. Disappointed

I have not used yet, it just delivered yesterday. But the packaging or product information does not state they the cotton flannel is organic anywhere like it states it is on here. Organic was one of the reasons why I chose this one.
