One of Two Units Arrived Leaking – Disappointed
I ordered two formaldehyde removal magic boxes. One arrived in good condition, but the other was leaking badly upon opening. The container was covered in oily stains, and the packaging was soaked and messy. I’m not sure what happened during shipping or sealing, but this raises safety concerns – especially for a product meant to purify air. Quality control clearly needs improvement. Very disappointed.
