I bought this as a present for my wife to replace her Samsung 10 which showed the black screen of death. What a revelation! The Ulefone seemed to connect quickly in our poor reception area. She is having to re orientate herself to buttons being in a different place (every so often she hits the volume up button). The Ulefone is extreme value for money and seems to do everything her previous phone did. It was bought as a stop-gap but seems have become a fixture.

People can't hear me when I talk now on WhatsApp video voice pauses so phone not much use looks good but wouldn't recommend at all

The product specifications on the Amazon website were misleading. For example, the device's exact RAM and storage capacity weren't particularly clear until I received the product. The device's home screen does not include standard apps, such as a calculator. I was, to say the least, disappointed.

With this phone you get what you pay for. I've been using for just over a month and it's not great. I bought the phone to replace my contract phone until I can get an upgrade. It is fast for every day use. It's only 4g, there's no NFC, Bluetooth is a joke, you can only connect one device at a time, every time I go in my car I have to search for the radio manually to connect again. It will be ok if you want to do basic things. Face detection is good. Finger print is fast. Photos are terrible. Takes forever to charge and never gets to 100%. Stops at 97.You get what your paying for.
