I love this device. It's easy to use and comfortable in my hand. I had a demo of a similar wand and they wanted over $1000. I've been using it for about a week and already see results. Using it has become a part of my evening relaxation routine. I'll start on the clean level and work up to the heated colors...wonderful!

I really liked this product and wish it would have worked more reliably. I would have given it a five if it would charge. But now I have to give it a zero.

I use this once a week

I was so excited to get this in the mail just a few days ago - I have tried charging this device for 2 days now, approaching 3 and it’s not charging!!! It lights up a red battery image as to let you know it’s charging? But - isn’t charging. When I take the plug out it’s dead. I’m really disappointed
