I have used this one week but I have not been able sleep at night so far. I will continue to use it at least one month and see if it will work better.

The bag only contained a tiny amount of melatonin powder. It was nowhere near the 10,000 doses the company claims. Do not buy this product.

Would have been nice to have a known measurement scoop instead of the wand that it comes with. But it's worked for getting me to sleep nonetheless.

Only need small amount

Great price, especially if you use a high dose. Beats multiple pill popping.
