So, I have been trying to find more natural preventative type supplements for my kiddos. We don't do flu shots or anything like that. My 5 year old started 4K this fall and didn't go to daycare. Purchased for my toddlers and so far they have been taking it with no problems. I mix it with their milk in the morning. I have also tasted it myself and it’s not a bad taste. If possible I will update after a few weeks since it’s been about 1 week we have been taking the drops.
