Silly packaging, good book.
The book itself is a masterclass in teaching someone how to teach English. Penny Ur is a brilliant figure in the field and if you want to be worth your salt you ought to take her advice. If you've just got a certificate or are on a course, this is for you. The people sending the item, however, are a masterclass in how to not handle paperback books. Seriously? The glue on the book? One of the most basic mistakes, seriously. Took forever to get off without tearing anything and now a brand new book is defaced with gunk for no reason. Brilliant.

Good practical examples
I had to buy this book as a textbook but I am keeping it for all the teaching examples. This is NOT a theory book. This book helps you teach ESL students in the classroom. I used some of the exercises today!
