*slaps roof of carrying case bag 'Full-Open Pink'* You can fit so much crafting in this baby!
(this will be long please bare with me)Literally no surface has been left untouched -- there is something everywhere. However, my experience was that that doesn't mean that every surface is specifically useful. I was so overwhelmed with my options for moving into it that I had to break down all of the features in order to review them and decide, so I figured I'd include my notes here for anyone else considering a purchase. Btw, if you can pay $16.99 on sale like I did, it's a no-brainer just get it!SHOULDER STRAPimplied use: carry casein reality: yep! you will have some trouble getting it super short because the strap adjuster gets caught on the shoulder pad, but the shortest length without interference worked well as a short carry length for me anyway. there is additional reinforcement at the sides where the D-rings are, and the strap clips on and off easily.HANDLESimplied use: carry casein reality: yep! seems very secure -- you can even see where the straps go all the way around, so you aren't carrying it by the canvas-y material at any point. around the "front" the strap actually velcroes into place to avoid slipping, since it has to go so far, which also serves as a lil zipper block so it can't unzip even to the halfway point by itselfEXTERIOR FRONT -- STRAPimplied use: loop over luggage handle for easy transportin reality: meh! haven't been able to test this one since i don't have this type of rolling luggage, but it seems to be secure enough to keep the bag generally on top of a luggage -- i might not trust hanging the full weight of your machine by this strap, but ymmvEXTERIOR REAR -- ZIPPERED POCKETimplied use: store power cable/brick option 1in reality: yep! i chose this option for many reasons, some of which i'll get into more on the other option. the pocket is quite large and there is plenty of space for other stuff, but i see primary power brick in its future. i keep the brick and wall plug here, and have pulled all of the cricut plug length through the handy access port into the main compartment.EXTERIOR SIDES -- NETTING POCKETSimplied use: store power cable/brick option 2in reality: nope! good place to stash the shoulder strap when not in use -- i found that keeping the brick in the pocket with the access port put the interior cable at a weird angle, and also bulged into the main compartment enough that it felt like it was interfering with the machine storage. same sort of deal with the other side -- anything bulky bulged into the main compartment too much, so i have nothing permanently stored in either.INTERIOR -- MAIN COMPARTMENT -- MACHINEimplied use: store machine, use machinein reality: yep and nope! my maker fits nicely and seems happy here, but you can't use the machine in place as shown as the back of the case interferes with the cutting mat. however, the included support pad (which comes folded, but otherwise seems fairly sturdy) makes it pretty easy to slide the machine forward the few inches you'd need for a 12x12 to clear and then slide the machine back when your cuts are finishedINTERIOR -- MAIN COMPARTMENT -- VELCRO STRAPSimplied use: secure machine when not in usein reality: yep! it is just velcro, so i wouldn't flip the whole thing upside-down without the zipper top closed, but for keeping it from knocking around during travel it is some nice peace of mindINTERIOR -- MAIN COMPARTMENT -- SMALL ZIPPERED POCKETSimplied use: not clearly pictured -- maybe store extension cord?in reality: nope! see complaint from exterior side netting pockets -- anything bulky bulges into the main compartment, so i don't have anything permanently stored here. however, because it is interior and zippered unlike the exterior netting pockets, i suppose it could be a good spot for spare blades or other machine tools (if you have any, i don't at the moment)INTERIOR -- MAIN COMPARTMENT -- REAR STRAPimplied use: store cutting mats, 12x12 and 12x24 picturedin reality: meh! i worry about the mats getting bent so i haven't tried this under load aka while carrying. however, if you do choose to, i would recommend looping under the support mat rather than directly under the machine as pictured to give it the best chance of succeeding. i guess better to have the option than to not?INTERIOR TOPnote: the pictured "holding open" position is comical -- there is no structure or strap or anything that would keep it from flopping back. just something to keep in mindINTERIOR TOP -- NETTINGimplied use: store rolls of materialin reality: yep! you can't fit a ton, but i'd say the 5-6 are plenty for on-the-go type stuff. keep in mind that the netting doesn't really close, and the rolls can jumble over each other, but they seem secure enough and i'd rather have this option than notINTERIOR TOP -- SMALL ZIPPERED POCKETimplied use: store wedding/other toolsin reality: yep! this is a nice lil catch-all area, and because of the zipper nothing gets away -- just be careful when reaching in if you've stored anything pointy, like the cricut style weeding toolsINTERIOR TOP -- VELCRO POCKETimplied use: store pens/markers and scissorsin reality: meh! the clear window makes it easy to see what you have, but the two squares of velcro don't feel very secure. they certainly velcro together well, but i worry about them being ripped off of the case down the road. since they don't seem to be doing all that much anyway, i might end up seam ripping them off to not have to deal with the hassle. the pocket/section itself seems to do as advertised and i'm glad to have it.INTERIOR TOP -- LARGE ZIPPERED SECTIONSimplied use: store sheets of materialsin reality: meh! they aren't a full 12in deep so you wouldn't be able to store full sheets, but they make a handy area to store offcuts or other flat stuff -- keeping mind that there is no structure or reinforcement so things may get bent.

Lots of storage pockets, easy to carry.

Bigger than expected
The case is a good size for what it is. Some of the pockets for the accessories are too big for the tools for the Cricut and they slip out of the pockets.

Nice Case
This case is awesome and has many pockets. It has straps to secure your machine and nice carrying handles. Would buy again.

Just what I needed
My older model Cricut had been taking up some pretty substantial real estate on top of my craft table, so thought I'd give this a try since I rarely use it anymore. It was just what I needed. It also had enough room for so many of the tools and supplies that I use with my Cricut, so that freed up more space as well.
