This jacket runs small, I am 6' 210 with long arms. I ordered a 3x and it was to small, so I emailed the company and very fast someone got back to me and helped my find a 4x. They have a couple of listing and the one I was on did not have the 4x so it was great because they provided the link. Even the 4x is short in the arms but fits my body well so it is great for working up a sweat and is comfortable. I am doing Hot Yoga in my living room now that all the studios are closed and I like the heat this produces. It is really specific to my joints. I am not sure I will go back to studio because the heat wearing this jacket is more direct to my joints... I like this product very much..

the vest is well designed, is sturdy, you sweat just even wearing it around the house.

I have a condition that causes me discomfort when I initially start to exercise until I can break a sweat. This jacket helped me reach the sweating point a lot faster and as a result I did not have to spend as much time in pain. Less pain is always a win.The comfort is good. Not too tight or too loose. I'm 6'2 and 280 so I have to constantly pull the jacket down to cover my belly which is annoying. It seems like it will be very helpful for outdoor workouts when the temperature drops as well. I'm curious about adding the shorts.I have the XXL jacket.

As expected, a little snug, but will do better snug than baggy.

Over all I think this product is pretty decent quality and will do the job, However there are some serious draw backs.1. I measured my bust size as recommended for sizing, I went with the extra large (1 size up form my build) because I figured these things might be a little tight. However the Extra large is still pretty tight, SO I don't think the sizing chart is quite correct. I recommend going 2 sizes up from what is recommended if you have a muscular or athletic build otherwise it could be too tight.2. IT smells awful. Like it was manufactured in a tire factory, somebody burned the tire factory down, and then they pulled it from the ashes, sealed it in a bag, and shipped it to me bad.Otherwise it's pretty nice.

I haven't used it yet. It had such a strong chemical odor that I had to handwash it before daring to try it on. It was sitting on a hanger for weeks, forgotten about.I tried it on today and it was loose around the midsection AND at the same time the zipper split from the bottom while zipping it up, which meant just rezipping again to fix it, so it is definitely not a heavy-duty zipper. The arms were short(maybe to leave room for watches and wist wallets, and it felt tight in the bend of the arms, itching in the same spot on both arms, maybe it is just the seam crossing that area and it will loosen up when in use, or maybe it needs to be washed a second time before wearing, or I need to wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath. It is going back on the hanger for now and I will update if I actually wear it instead of merely trying it on.
