I used this product in my last tour to Thailand, Spain and France. Product support all plugs without problem for me. specifically USB and USB-C help me charge multiple devices at once.overall i am satisfy with the product.

I recently purchased this charger, and it has some great features. If you have multiple devices, it's a good choice. The PD port works fine, and the build quality is excellent. In a world where mobiles no longer come with chargers, this is a fantastic option for both regular users and travelers.However, there are a couple of downsides. The Euro port feels fragile due to the length of the plug and the charger's weight. Also, the mechanism that should make the plugs retract inside the charger when you press the side button doesn't work as smoothly as expected. You need to press it slightly for them to go inside.Apart from these minor issues, it's a great product. The only other drawback is the price, which feels a bit too high.

These are very handy, useful and value for money adapters.

The product was received in a very bad condition, cracks and scratches all around. The pins also once drawn out are stuck rendering the product useless. There is no option for a refund, only exchange. The product is so bad quality that I do not want an exchange. Complete waste of money. Even if I get a replacement I will never use it as I doubt it’s safety standard.

Used this converter recently on a trip to Israel. Worked with N. American plugs.Great size!

I bought this adapter for a month long trip to Europe. I visited Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria - all use the same style of outlet and this adapter was compatible to convert my U.S. plugs. As you can see from the photo (Germany), I was able to plug in my cord for my Apple laptop and it held up to the weight. If the hotel's outlet is a little loose, the adapter may sag under the weight, but I only had that problem in one location. The adapter also features USB ports which were handy to simultaneously charge my cell phone and other items. I was traveling by myself; so, this product was all I needed. If you are traveling with a partner or family, you may wish to get a larger model instead. Or you could simply take turns using this one. For me, it was small, lightweight and easy to use!

With four of us travelling and a number of devices needing a recharge, this multi-plug adapter with the USB slots and regular plug-ins was a great travel companion. Many accommodations seem to have only one or two convenient plugs for charging overnight, so this saved us. And it doesn't feel as cheaply constructed as some of the adapters we've used in the past.

Bought this to use for my trip in Switzerland. Works well
