Energel pens are always great, they lay down a smooth line and are very consistent until towards the end when they can get a little spotty or thin. This expressions pack comes with colors that are mostly not obnoxious and useful even, if you are a teacher or use different color pens for notes. There are so many of them in the pack that they will last a chance. Anyway, if you are familiar Energel pens you won't be disappointed, if you are using regular ball points, use the Energels, they will change the way you look at writing.

I love office supplies in general but I am always on the hunt for good grading pens. These are a MUST in my world. I have liked Flair Pens and the Papermate pen, but these are AMAZING! They are smooth for writing, pretty quick drying but I wouldn't run my finger across them right after and vibrant in color. I like the variety of colors, hate grading in just red. They all come with the little plastic bit on the tip to keep it ready before use. They click smoothly without any hiccups. Like I said they write smoothly without skipping any spots or having drag issues. Highly recommend!

These pens write super smoothly and dry quickly. Definitely superior to other gel pens I've used!The colors are beautiful and generally match the color of the grip... except for the black pen. The grip on that one inexplicably is purple and exactly matches the purple pen. They can only be differentiated by the design on the rest of the pen. The one with the design is the black pen. There is no way to know that until you've already used it.These pens being refillable is amazing, hopefully I will remember to look for refills once they run out!

These pens are some of my favorite ones. The ink is bright, the colors do pop up and the flow makes writing so easy (you don't have to put any pressure on it while writing). I am a teacher and use these ones to make quick notes as feedback for my students. All the notes I add are very visible, without smudges or overflow, super light on your hand... I could keep going for a long time. Great pens!

Reviewing EnerGel RTX Retractable Liquid Gel Pen, These pens are Pentel, which speaks for itself. They write smoothly, the ink dries quickly, and the colors are exactly what I was looking for. I use different colored ink for note-taking. Different importance requires a different colored ink.I also color code some of my inventory notes before I put them in the system. These gel pens are great quality. They’re comfortable to hold and, speaking from past Pentel experience, they will last a good while before the ink runs out. No smudging or bleed-through either. Great pens. A little on the pricey side for disposables, but the quality makes it worth it.

I buy these pens to use at work all the time. I am a pen snob of sorts: I was pleased with the basic color options they offered. I thought purple was pretty spectacular. Then I saw these variety packs!!!! So amazing. Rich true color, the flow these pens write with is amazing/ very little smear if any. I wish I had more intelligent wording to describe why I love them so much. They are simply my favorite. Try them and you will thank me

I got the Creator Expressions colors, 7 vibrant shades plus black. Pentel makes a high quality product, and I already love these. They write smoothly, and the ink dries so fast that once a word was written I could swipe my hand across it and nothing smeared, great for lefties. These are 0.7mm, a bit wider than I use normally, but they feel good in my hand and writing is still clear and crisp. All pens except the one with black ink have silver barrels. The black has a jazzy and colorful barrel. The only dislike I have was a very temporary one. I found the tip protectors hard to remove. Once they were off, the pens were immediately great writing implements.
