Great chair
The Armor EVO is very nice. The built in fully adjustable lumbar works great. Lumbar adjusts up and down as well as in and out. Tilt works great. Reclines to flat. Heavy duty feel, sturdy and large. Magnetic neck pillow can be moved anywhere. I bought this instead of secretlabs titan evo. I am pleased with this chair. It replaces a secret labs omega that fell apart and all the fake leather peeled off. Very happy with the Cougar Armor EVO. Very happy with the money I saved as well.

Lasted 6 months, chair is hot garbage.
Chair lasted 6 months then the supposed steel frame snapped. I then attemped to get help through the 1 year warranty, and got ghosted after I was told they would send parts to fix the issue. I reccomend a walmart brand chair over this 400 $ of hot garbage. Expect it to break and get no help from the warranty.

Poorly made.
Even with only weekend use, the chair's assembly failed within a few months. The backrest wouldn't stay up, the leather around the mounting bolts tore, and the chair is now unusable. This is a clear sign of poor construction. Very disappointed.
