Cute little alarm clock!
I love the retro styling of this alarm clock! The Bluetooth speaker is great for streaming my music and is loud enough for my master bedroom. This clock is lightweight and the battery backup is a bonus. I also like the ability to completely turn off the clock's display because I like a completely dark room when I sleep.

Love the retro vibe
I love the retro vibe of this Bluetooth speaker and the fact that it also has a functional FM radio and alarm clock! I also appreciate the handle that makes it easily portable to move it from room to room. It also has an antenna but I got great reception on the radio without even putting it all the way up.I do wish the sound was a little better. It’s not great in large rooms but sounds much better in a smaller space. The volume does not go above 30 so it’s not super loud either.Either way, it’s a fun speaker to have that looks good too.

Quite a quality speaker...
Surprised by the quality of the speaker, for just a single speaker it turns what you bluetooth to it into gold. I'm so old I wondered why is there no AM on the dial? No matter, this radio also puts out excellent FM reception and that's without even extending the antenna which is no small feat considering all the hills and trees it has to overcome here. I definitely like the blue backlit LCD screen, usually it's just gray, plus you can adjust the brightness to your liking or your eyesight in my case, the brighter the better. Pairing with my desktop iMac was fast and easy, brought up YouTube and let 'er rip. Very lightweight unit, is not as cherry red as the pics but not a loss and that's from someone who's been on a red themed streak for a while now. Volume knob combined with Dimmer and Snooze, 12 or 24 hr. clock readout, 2 Alarm modes plus a Sleep function. Bluetooth will only allow you to use this radio it won't allow you to use say a bluetooth headset and this radio at the same time same as when I use my bluetooth headset. It does accept a headphone jack. You can use the previous/next dial to choose from, YouTube in my case, song selection and keep in mind that songs on YouTube are only as good as the source who posted them, FM on the other hand is flawless. The silicon rubber foot pads on bottom keep this radio where you put it no sliding around. You can also power the radio using 4 AA batteries. All in all a nice gift for anyone who likes retro.

Good speaker, love the retro look
I had been looking for a external speaker to use with my phone. I had seen one that was an alarm clock and could be used as a speaker but it was big and ugly. When I saw this radio available as a promotion, I ordered it.I love the appearance, the retro look. I don't know if I'll ever use the alarm clock, but I like that it's there. I didn't realize it wasn't rechargeable, but that's not a deal breaker. If you use it with the batteries and you don't turn on the radio, it will shut itself off quickly. My only dislike is the display is on the top and the radio dial is on the side. I had thought to use it in my bedroom as a clock when not in use otherwise, but if I lay it down to see the display, it disrupts the radio dial and the channel. No big deal, you can use the handle to prop it up a bit.I had no problem pairing with my phone using the instructions. So far I'm happy with it.

Amazing quality!
Impressed by the speaker's quality! While missing AM, it excels in FM reception. The blue backlit LCD screen, adjustable brightness, and easy pairing stood out. It offers a volume knob with Dimmer and Snooze, 12/24 hr. clock, and 2 Alarm modes with a Sleep function. Bluetooth use is limited to the radio, but it accepts a headphone jack. Silicon rubber foot pads prevent sliding, and it can also run on 4 AA batteries. I love the look of it as well! I've used it every day since receiving it.

Lightweight retro radio
The media could not be loaded. Overall I really like this radio, it has some great features but it also has a few annoying features as well.Things I like:The first thing you will notice when you take it out of the box is how lightweight it is. This makes it great for traveling, camping, etc.The next thing I noticed when I set it down on the desk is that it has these stubby silicone feet that really grip the desk so the radio will not slide around on you or move if you go to hit the snooze button!Something that the Amazon photos don't show well is how thin this radio is. Because it uses four AA batteries, it is only 2 inches thick, which is thin compared to most handheld radios! Very nice!Switching between modes is easy, and operation is easy as well. It works great as a Bluetooth speaker, it paired right away with my iPhone and you can hear the sound in the video I have included in my review.I tested the AM and FM radios, and although the front dial is easy to use, it doesn't really allow for super fine tuning. I think for this type of radio at this price point that is certainly acceptable as you will be able to find many stations.Things that I didnt like:I did not like that the handle is not height adjustable. If you look at the pictures, you will see that when I hold the radio with my hand, my knuckles are actually touching the controls. It would be nice to have a little more clearance or the ability to raise the handle to the desired height.I also did not like the position of the antenna on the back of the radio. When it is raised, you cannot fold down the carrying handle because the antenna is in the way. You can fold down the handle in the front, but then it blocks the tuner knob.Overall, this is a nice lightweight radio that seems well built, has good sound, and has the added attraction of Bluetooth. You can choose from either AC adapter or four AA batteries to power it. I love the red color and the retro vibe.I did not test the alarm as I do not intend to use it as a clock or an alarm.

Retro Speaker Clock
It is very cute red speaker. However, the sound is not very loud and the speaker is okay- just okay. It is not very loud and the controls are not at all intuitive. The style is cute, but all plastic and flimsy. So many products want to look retro without the retro quality. It's a little sad.
