Great intro budget red light therapy panel.
Red light are a good intro budget. The stand is basic, but it does its job though and had enough adjustability. I just bought a cheap school timer that sounds off for me when I need to turn it off. This is because this does not have a timer and will stay on till you flip the switch. There is one switch for the 660nm (Red Light) and one for the 850nm (IR light). So it is really easy to use. Time will only tell how it will help my skin and lower back pain. See pics for when red light is on and when IR light is turned on. I got this instead of the botany handheld model because the size was so much better and cheaper. The metal has good thickness so it should be pretty sturdy.

I was a septic. Now I am fascinated by the science on how this works. Great inexpensive panel.
I thought I'd give red light therapy a shot for my painful hip bursitis (possibly gluteal tendinopathy). Walking after sitting awhile was painful and difficult. I tried heat pads and patches which gave some temporraty relief. The pain radiated down my leg slightly I decided to try red light therapy and picked this panel. At 87 bucks, it was worth a try. When the unit arrived, I immediately put it to daily use., sitting on the floor with the panel illuminating my hip. from about a foot away. I did this twice a day for five days. Each day felt progressively better. By day five, the pain was completely gone. I was skeptical that this would last, but I have not had any reoccurrence since day five. As a fraud investigator, I was very skeptical at first about red light therapy claims. After I experienced this dramatic decrease in pain, I did much more research on how Photo biomodulation works.

Red light product is good.
Purchased this red light machine to use for facial and upper body. The red lights are bright and the machine works well so far. My biggest issue is the black rubbery tanning like goggles that come with it. It’s seems the red light can go through it. I can see red through them with my eyes closed like when you went to a tanning bed. The same thing with these. I think they can do a better job for your eyes safety with goggles. Still up in the air if the red light stuff really does work. Use at your own pleasure and leisure just be honest with your results. The machine is durable but don’t drop it to find out. Easy to use. Good coverage for areas at a time. Weight is also good not heavy at all.

An economical alternative to my JUUVV light.
I have a wonderful Juuvv light, but for the price—- the VEVOR device is an economical alternative. Please note: VEVOR lacks a timer , user must turn it on and off manually. VEVOR’s built in stand ,only allows a very limited amount of vertical angulation. I have no way to compare the light output accurately, but both the Juuvv and the VEVOR seem similar. The functions well for my purposes.

Game-changer for my morning routine and hormone optimization
I’ve been deep-diving into light therapy to optimize my health, and this VEVOR panel has become a non-negotiable part of my morning. I specifically got this to help regulate my circadian rhythm, and it’s made a massive difference in how I feel throughout the day.The Biohacking Benefits:• Circadian Rhythm & Energy: I use this for 10-15 minutes first thing in the morning. It mimics the early morning sun, helping me feel more alert and grounded before I even head to class.• Hormone Support & Recovery: One of my main goals was to naturally increase testosterone and improve muscle recovery. Since I started using this consistently after intense training sessions, my recovery time has sped up significantly.• Solid Build: For the price, the build quality is impressive. It’s sturdy, the LEDs are high-intensity, and it feels like it will last a long time.Bottom Line: If you're looking for an affordable way to get into red light therapy for hormone health and recovery, this is the best entry-level panel I've found.

Incredible product at an incredible value.
I took a chance on this one, as I've never purchased from Vevor and the product didn't have a solid set of reviews. I'm glad I did.The moment you open the box you experience a quality that is tangible. There are countless other versions of this light panel, but none that I've seen even close to this price. Take, for example, Mychondria's MyLight MIDI: Same bulb count, same wattage, minor nuances in difference... A THOUSAND DOLLARS.I had a red light device prior to this, and I thought I was getting the full experience but once I turned this beast on I immediately realized I was mistaken. From 20 inches away, with eyes closed, it feels like you're on a beach in the caribbean in the dead hot of summer midday. That bright warm sunlight that ever-so-slightly pierces your eyelids. This one is a no-brainer folks.
