My 5 year old loves it I think it dies to fast

We got this for my son for Christmas. He used it on the little charge it came with when he first got it. After charging it, it wouldn’t work. We tried everything the instructions said to try & we couldn’t get it to turn on.We contacted the seller directly and received a response back in less than 24 hours that it was faulty and they would ship out a new one immediately.Within a few days we had a new one and it has been great so far. The customer service experience was one of the best I’ve had with a product and would recommend getting this hoverboard based on that alone.He also has a blast on it.

Note: Real person here not a competitor. My Granddaughter rode this one maybe two times and the motor quit. I couldn’t get an answer from the manufacturer so this is the report they will get. Should have answered my emails

Got this for my 8yr old daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it! She rides it all through the house, it has not gone outside yet because we have a dirt/gravel driveway.She loves the color, she likes the lights so she rode through the house in the dark, the lights are bright! If the kids have this outside at night they will definitely be seen! She likes that she can connect her phone to it and play music, and a charge lasts a long time!This was a great purchase!

My kids loved this , they loved how it’s has lights while you can put music on it too

Works well, but you need to watch a video how to increase speed capabilities without hearing an annoying beeping warning all the time. Speaker is loud and easy to connect to phone.
