Rupp Nok-Outs Outrigger Release Clips - Pair

Works well, easy to dial in for different drags. I did have one clip break offshore, but Rupp customer service was quick to send a replacement part.

I troll offshore for pelagic fish. I had used the Aftco clips for years but was disappointed because with larger lures and a lot of line out the clips would constantly pop, basically, they could not withstand the weight of the lure and line in the water. This meant I could only run smaller lures off my outriggers. I picked up these clips after seeing how well they work on a friends boat. I just ran them off my boat this past weekend and was really happy with how these work. They are much stronger than the aftco clips and they can definitely handle a larger lure on the line.

Poor quality given the price. Wire that clips to the outrigger is merely set in, breaks. Give them a handful of trips and you’re buying new ones.

First outing with them and one adjustment screw fell and and a mounting ring arm fell out. The clip doesn’t pass through the body and apparently just separated.Awesome design, terrible execution.

What can I say Rupp Outrigger products always the best. Quality and functionality are great would recommend these to anyone that would spend the money to buy them they are worth every penny
