I do my own gel nails. There are a lot of times where I like to mix gel colors to create a new color. This is great to use for that purpose. I used to use foil but if you accidentally mixed too hard, you'd end up ripping the foil. This is a great deal for two sets of palette and mixers.

The tools are my favorite part of this set. They can be used for so many things besides mixing makeup. You can use them to shape gel glue into flower designs or use them for cake fondant work. But they will work perfectly for mixing my gel nail polishes for design work. They come with a protective sheet on both sides, so make sure you take that off before use. I would recommend this.
