I didn't see a lot of reviews when I bought these but I thought I'd give it a shot considering it's hard to know whether replacement earpads are going to be a good buy or not. The other set I had bought from amazon had claimed to have memory foam with good support, etc, but those went flat faster than anything.So that brings me to these replacements. They really have a cooling sensation when you first put them on, and the square, thick shape conforms to my head better without causing the headphones to put as much pressure directly on my ears. As a result, the sound is clearer and these are more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. My ears get less sweaty as well (gross, I know, but that's important to know about noise-canceling headphones!). I had trouble with one of the plastic clips staying in place, but after removing and reinstalling it again I think I got all the clips to hold this time. These just saved me several hundred bucks on buying a new set of headphones, so I think they're a good deal!

Replacement earpads for xm2’sare night and day difference.

The earpads on my 2017 Sony headphones had worn out, so they were hurting a lot during long flights. These new pads feel great - 0 pain during a recent 8 hour flight! They were SUPER easy to replace, it took 60 seconds to do both sides with the handy tool that's included (and I'm not techy or good at installing things). As far as performance, they *might* reduce noise cancelling slightly, but I don't think it's significant. And this is a far better option than buying new $350 headphones for me right now. I def recommend giving these a shot, you won't be disappointed.
