I bought this on January 4th and after just a few weeks it stopped frothing. I have tried all different types of milk to no avail and it only warms it up. Customer service isn’t responding since I am a couple of days outside of their 30 day warranty window. It was definitely a waste of $40.

I like, capacity, hot or cool, froths great, and the base seperate from pot. Not cheap looking.I love my lattes saves time and money. I also use it for my chai.

Loved this foamer until it completely stopped working, 1 day after 30 day return period. Now need to buy new foamer

We have two of these units. This one has a nice wide base and heats things up quickly. All functions work as they should. Durable and cleanable surfaces. I like the slight indentation for a pouring spout - our others don't have that. The cord leads to a two prong plug whereas my other units have a three prong grounded plug. I'm taking a star off for that.

It worked very well for about 6 weeks. Now it makes very little froth. Customer service hasn’t responded.

I have tried other frothers but I always come back to this one. I like the consistency of the frothed milk it produces, the time it takes and the perfect heated temperature. Very easy to clean also. Could not live without my Paris Rhome.

The varying levels of froth are totally inconsistent regardless of using skim, half/half or regular milk. I would return if I had the original box that was thrown out with Christmas trash & wrappings.
