No, I don’t think so. You can easily get to the battery compartment to change the batteries, but it didn’t seem to come out

Hello, as batteries are not allowed in international transportation, we don't have batteries in our pillows. You need to install the batteries, then check whether the switch is ON, and finally press the PRESS button. If it still doesn't light up, I'm very sorry. The line of the pillow may be damaged in the process of transportation. You can apply for replacement on Amazon.
