Very comfortable
I used this for the first time last night & I woke up feeling amazingly rested. It's so comfortable !I swear, if you get one you won't regret it !I contemplated on others for quiet sometime, finally, I decided to try this one & I so love it .. I got the soft one & am glad I did !

Not the best pillow
I'm not sure who designed this pillow, but they didn't do a great job. This pillow is like a rock!! There was no comfort what so ever. It made my neck pain even worse. I didn't even make it through my first night using it. It's not soft medium or firm. It's more like a rock, and on edges where it's made for your arms, you can barely lay your arms on it. Over all it's a waste of time and money..
