Great for the price
I'm new to brewing and after using an ice bath to cool my first 5 gallon batch I decided that there must be a better way. This chiller had the right price so I decided to give it a try and used it for my second batch.Pros: Price and it works, cooled the wort in under 15 minutes. Easy to use, I connected to a sink faucet - I already had an adapter.Cons: It leaked as delivered but I tested it first and tightened the clamps which fixed the issue.

Quality definitely a good deal

Decent Tool
I used this for the first time to chill two gallons of wort. It did the job pretty good. I'm sure it will do the job even better at one-gallon, but two-gallons it's at it's max capability. I'm glad I have it, but maybe next time I'll buy one for a larger volume of fluid.

Cool Product
Works awesome, works well for me. I use it for about 2.5 gallons (when using extracts for 5 gal brews) and 1.5 gallon brews. 1.5 gallon takes about 25 min to get to 80 degrees, and takes about 30-35 min for the larger 2.5 ish brews. If you want to hook it up to your sink, you will need an adapter, I got one from a brew shop online.Wish I had gotten one of these once I knew I was likely going to keep brewing. (also recommend one of the douche like sanitizer bottle sprayers, as well as a bottle tree, totally worth it!)

Works great and works fast!
I have never used a wort chiller before. After deciding not to make my own out of parts from my local hardware store, I found this product for less money than I would have spent building it. I bought a kitchen faucet to garden hose adapter to use in my kitchen. After adding the chiller to my wort 10 minutes before the end of my boil, it chilled my wort to room temperature in about 15 minutes.

Solid purchase
I don't know hownit is taking people so long to cool their beer... I cooled 5.5 gallons from boiling to 75 degrees in no more than 10 minutes... Maybe they need to turn up the flow or something. I also ran the water coming out of the cooler onto the outside of the kettle to speed things up a bit maybe this was the big difference I had? I also live in Portland so maybe my ground water is colder or something? I don't know... I have the 12.5 foot copper and it does a great job. The hose clamps needed a couple turns on arrival other than that, happy with my purchase.

Contaminated my wort
First time I used it it worked great, but had to bring my kettle out near the spigot. The second time it leaked hose water into my wort (beer). I might not have been careful enough but once I used a higher quality chiller I realized this one is not a great design.I highly recommend getting one with welded fittings instead of just tube clamps

Do this before using!
Once I figured out the trick to make it stop leaking (ALWAYS TEST FOR LEAKS BEFORE USING!), it did a great job of cooling down for the price. Sure beats the ice bath method I've been using for the past year. Anyhow, the trick is to add tape underneath the clamps. The issue is the hose clamps leave tiny gaps between the plastic hose and tubing, since the copper tubing isn't perfectly round and the plastic hose is a bit thin. I used electrical tape, but assume any similar material will work. I also added a second clamp and each connection for additional security. Other clamps may work better too, but this seems to work for me.

Buen producto
Es pequeรฑo el espiral pero me ha funcionado perfecto

Decent price.
Appears to be good quality for a good price. I knocked off one star cause it's listed as 3/8 inch vinyl tubing, but it's really 1/2 inch. I'll be keeping it, but I ordered wrong quick connects due to this error.

Great upgrade!
This is the biggest improvement I've made in my homebrewing adventures It's great how fast you can chill wort with this. 5 gallons in 15 minutes. Had to tighten the hose clamps a bit during a test run, but other than that, it's worked great for 4 batches. No complaints here! And yes, I'd definitely recommend!
