Comfortable fit, material is smooth and breathable

windproof! We live in PNW, winters are cold. When the sun shines the wind is from the North, COLD. This balaclava should keep my head and ears warmer.

Fits well and keeps you warm, but the material is not very soft. It would definitely warrant 5 stars if the material was more comfortable.

It's good

Compared to my BlackStrap ski mask I use for skiing then this mask is not so good. It is tighter fitting which makes it a bit less comfortable and the material is thicker. You may find it works well for you, but for me, especially since I have BlackStrap balaclavas already then this is relegated to the spare balaclava pile.

Looks and fits great

I loved this thing. Comfortable, warm, was great under my helmet. Had it on riding 40 miles at 22 degrees with my helmet, not cold at all. However, have to be very careful taking it off, ripped wide open on the back of the head when I was sweaty on a 40 deg ride home from work. Didn't think to take a picture before I threw it away. It is great for the price, just lift it off from the neck don't pull it off from the head. Would give 5 stars, minus one for the strength of the fabric.
