I’ve been using the Zen Principle grass-fed beef bone marrow supplement, and it’s been effective. The 3300mg dosage per serving provides good support for skin, oral health, and joint function. The whole bone extract seems to contribute to overall wellness. The 2-pack with 420 capsules offers excellent value. They are a bit large, but overall, it’s a high-quality supplement for comprehensive health support.

Grass fed and Grass finished - I like that the product sources from grass fed cattle.I have read good things about bone marrow and matrix benefits, but this was my first supplement. Frankly I wasn't sure at first, but I think this product would serve to augment, but not replace my usual beef organ complex supplements. Originally I switched until realizing this would be delivering different set of stated benefits.The pills themselves appear to contain tiny bone bits. Again I am going a bit on faith for the benefits as I have no way to measure or analyze the potency or benefits of consuming this. I am not sure that my body could break down and derive benefits from the bone grindings, but am hoping so.Pill wise, no complaints. Less smelly than organ complex pills, but still some smell. Easy to swallow. high dose of 6 pills is labeled on the bottle.

This seems to be a good quality Bone Marrow blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is a bit expensive- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Making my own bone broth is something I can't do often because, frankly, I don't have enough bones. It's definitely the best way to go but if you can't do that these bone marrow supplements work pretty well. Excellent for hair, teeth, skin, and nails. If you are new to these type of supplements give them 3 months of use before deciding to move forward or not. They are not an instant fix. No side effects or aftertaste with this.

I had a great experience with bone marrow protein, and figured this would be better, and in capsule form. However, like everything I try, I opened the capsules and tasted it, and wasn't fond of what I found. I think based on consistency and taste, it's exactly what they say it is - collagen, marrow and bone.HOWEVER. The bone consistency is like chunky sand. You're basically getting fine bone chips. For the same reason you wouldn't want to eat sand, I don't want to put these fine bone chips into my digestive system. It might be completely safe for all I know, but in my opinion these need to be finely milled to prevent any kind of tiny lacerations in your intestines.In the pictures it's a bit soft and fuzzy looking, and some of it is. But in there are the bone chips/granules hidden in there. Also, the gelatin capsules broke apart very easily - I couldn't open them without them breaking. Either they're defective or they weren't stored correctly. That means that for a minute or two until they soften, you might have sharp edges from the pieces.I think this is a good attempt at a good product, but the literal rough edges make me not want to use this.

.After looking into the subject, I realized I could surly benefit from beef bone marrow.Specifically from grass fed bovines. The cows with the best environment and grass fed? New Zealand.There are few exceptions for my criteria. USA manufacturing is one. However, in this case, just as for South Korean Red Ginseng and other specialized sources of ingredients, NZ is known well for its grass fed beef.This USA brand "packages" the NZ sourced product. Globally sourced ingredients are to be expected due to growing conditions and indigenous origins. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing, I can extend my trust as well as the sourced ingredients.This product has been added to my daily routine. Two weeks now and I'm pleased. These supplements are high quality.And a two pack ! Good value.
