Perfect Travel Companion for Diabetics
I recently bought the Omoojee Insulin Pens Cooler Travel Case, TS, and it has completely changed the way I travel with my insulin. This case is compact, sleek, and incredibly efficient at keeping my insulin at the right temperature for extended periods. The design is thoughtful — it has a sturdy outer shell that protects everything inside, and the included ice packs stay cold for hours. I tested it on a weekend road trip and even after several hours in a hot car, the insulin pens were still perfectly chilled. What I really appreciate is how organized it keeps everything. There’s room for multiple pens, plus slots for needles and small accessories. It’s TSA-friendly too, so no issues at the airport. If you’re someone who travels a lot or just wants peace of mind carrying insulin on the go, I highly recommend this cooler. It’s well worth the investment.

Does what is promised.
This item is fantastic. For me it stays cool for about 14 to 18 hours depending on the outside temperature. But, I don't think there's any "bio chemical" in the cooling element. Be sure to put the lid in the freezer as well, it does make a difference.

My shots stayed really cold the whole day we traveled
These are the best investment for keeping shots cold for over 11 hours. After I ordered them they were delivered in two days.Great product it performed perfectly and is very well made. The directions were easy to understand for freezing the inner compartment to keep my meds well chilled and safe for use.

Ice Pack Sucks
This item works great in theory but the ice pack for it sucks. It just doesn’t stay cold long enough. I used it while at Disneyland. It was 70s the days we were there. It sucked that it was warm by early afternoon and it wasn’t even that hot! So buyer beware of that. For clarification… I followed the directions for the ice pack. Also… we put the ice pack in the freezer, the meds and the container in the refrigerator when it wasn’t out and about with us. So no reason for it not to be cold longer. We kept it in the insulated bag it came with as well.

Great cooler.
Purchased on recimmendation from endo that a cooler could make the insulin last longer instead of the 28 days if kept cold. It keeps the insulin cold all day until I put it back into the fridge. Ice pak mostly frozen still

A must if you have epipens or insulin pens
If you're going on a trip to someplace hot and have Epipens or insulin pens, this is definitely worth the money. I got this for our trip to Mexico and knew I couldn't keep the Epipens in the room because the people who needed them would be eating intermittently throughout the day and we weren't about to go back to the room every time we ate so this was the perfect solution. It comes with 2 freeze packs so you can swap them out but honestly we didn't even need to because 1 lasted all day. I didn't have to worry about the medication getting ruined at all.

Stays cold
The blue tubes that you put in the freezer, make a lot of noise in the container. I suggest you buy one that has a thin bag to put the tubes in.

Frozen meds were thawed but still cold after 8ish hours
I used this to take freezable meds on vacation. I froze them beforehand and they were thawed but still cold 8hrs later. I wish the freezer packs were a bit thinner, so you could put both in with the vial between them, but none of the small cases seem to take that approach.
