I've used this cleanser for years, it smells lovely, makes my skin clean, soft, supple and dewy. I use it with a silicone , battery operated face cleansing tool and my mature skin has no blackheads, no large pores, no spots or blemishes and has a natural healthy glow.It might seem expensive but the jar lasts a long time and it is a premium product.I wouldn't use any other cleanser.

I absolutely love this cleanser. It's such a pleasure to use, I am a big elemis fan. Not only does this remove makeup but it's also a treatment. After warming a small amount between your hands, massage into your face and neck, then add a little water and it will turn milky. Then remove with a face cloth. No tightness, just lovely soft skin. It smells absolutely gorgeous too. It can also be used as a face mask, just apply it a little thicker. Highly recommended.

Love this Elemis cleansing balm,such a fab fresh smell and makes skin feel so clean and soft.I order it when it's on offer,which is usually several times a year,can be up to £10 cheaper at times.

I cannot rate this high enough!!! Since teenage years I have had problem oily skin and I have been through many many creams lotions and potions. This is another level!!! Don’t let the “balm” word worry you! When you first apply it rubs in like an oil. However, it leaves no greasy residue. There is noticeable difference from the very first use. I would really recommend wiping it off with a hot towel rather than splashing face with water. You don’t have to use a lot of product at once and it lasts. I guess irrelevant, but it smells like you have just had a treatment in a salon! I LOVE IT!!!

I have ordered this a few times now, like to use it after I shower using cold water, my skin feels much better now. The scent it nice and fresh, smells a bit like lemongrass.

Is a gift item. I know product is great but arrived with a battered squashed box and no Muslim cloth in the box which is standard for the 100ml retail package. Instantly cancelled my subscription
