The first one that I bought died after a few uses. I sent it back and took a chance buying another one.The second one has performed well and is gradually reducing the number of unwanted hairs.The hairs that are still fighting to survive are weakening. I suspect that they're getting discouraged because they're thinner, growing slower, and pull out easier with no discomfort.YAY!!!!!!!

This product is absolutely inadequate. For the price, the quality is unacceptable. I strongly suspect it’s not a diode laser but rather a basic IPL device. Despite testing it regularly for weeks, it didn’t even deliver 10% of the expected performance. It’s ineffective, low quality, and far below expectations. Additionally, although it stated a 60-day return window, the return option is now unavailable. I’m posting this review in the hope that the company values customer satisfaction and will reach out to me directly.

My legs have never felt better. This product is really fantastic! Works for me. I truly recommend this product. It does what I want it to do. It not only removes hair, but boosts confidence and skin health. There has never been any irritation.

I’ll start by saying we have a lot of experience with professional laser hair removal. I can only speak about the one I received. This product is a very poor example of what true laser hair removal is like. First, the strength of the laser is under powered, not meeting the minimum output required for fair skin dark hair. Second, the treatment window is extremely small making it only ideal for facial and underarm areas. Normally with laser hair removal, everyone feels the sensation during treatment. Don’t expect to feel anything. Next, after several weeks of daily treatment of the same area, the shaft becomes weak and hair can easily be plucked without pain since the follicle has died. This didn’t happen. I only used this at the maximum output. It would be great to find a product in this price range that actually works, but I haven’t. I still concur that professional equipment is the only real option at this time, but believe that in the not so distant future, someone will offer a working at home solution option for $1000 or less.

I was really happy to find a diode system as it is the only thing that really works. I have done some sessions in a professional salon using diode laser about 15 years ago and it was very very effective. So even if this system is diode-dased, it is not ever gone to burn the follicle in anyways.It's a bit of my fault, I read the description to fast and saw 27J/cm2, when it is actually for the delivery surface, the Dermrays v8s only delivers 9J/cm2 which isn't enough in anyway to penetrate the skin up to the follicle. At least 20J/cm2 is need to do so. For comparison, in the salon the operator set it up to 38J/cm2 since I have a white skin and black hair.So why some people are happy with this one? Well actually what you get is a laser razor that burns the hair while it's growing making it thinner, but don't get too exited, as soon as you'll stop using it it will get back to what it was...So if you are happy to get to spend the rest of your life using that everyday for a "meh' result, here you go. I found some diode systems online that deliver 27J/cm2 and I'm going to try that. Meanwhile this one will be returned, it too expensive for a razor.
