Oh, where do you begin with this little gadget? I love the massage and heating effects; my skin feels invigorated after each use. My skin continues to tingle after I use this product. Maybe it is just me, but my eye lines seem to look better because I did a test with my left side vs. my right, and my left eye bag and lines went away while the right side remained; I need to remember which color is supposed to do what. I have to give this product five stars; it is easy to hold and maneuver, and I like how it makes my skin feel.

Excited to receive the product after waiting for 30 days, so disappointed that it doesn't power on at all, when plugging to charge the product, nothing happened!Requested a return a week ago, the seller hasn't given a return label yet!A lot need to improve here: item and customer service

It works for neck neck pain but it's not what I bought it for

It quit working afterusing it three times. It was hard to charge and even quit charging after only 3 useds.

Doesn't do what says. See no change

Had it for less than a month vibration stopped working and keeps turning off sucks because I really like it when it worked. 2 stars because I really liked it when it worked and of course it stopped working right after my return period

Arrived broken DISAPPOINTED!

I have bought many beauty creams, lotions and wrinkle products with varying results. I purchased this product with a pinch of salt. I use it every night and it proved to be worth the purchase. It is easy to use and its various light sources with different benefits are in fantastic.
