A very good kit, although the translation is a bit dodgy in places on the instructions. Easy to follow though as many of the words are correct and there are pictures. Plenty of yarn to use and the canvas comes with a non slip backing and is nicely bound, much better than I was expecting for the money.Not a craft I have done before and it turns out not one that floats my boat, but this is a really good kit for first timers/beginners like me as it’s easy to follow so you can concentrate on hook technique, an interesting exercise for me but I’m not hooked (sorry!).Oh and the bonus is the carrycase it comes in is brilliant for keeping the yarn and hook tidy and is sturdy enough for reuse too.

I am enjoying making this rug but got caught out following the coloured grid on the pattern! Most of the colours correspond with the grid pattern colours but best to check with wool code numbers too! Wool good quality, tool hook slightly long for me but managing! Pattern good. Easy to work on backing.

This is advertised at 20 inches it’s 17 1/2. The printed paper pattern states to follow the that version and use the pattern printed onto the rug as a guide, it’s crap! The paper pattern does not fit because it’s 2 1/2 inches too small, plus the lady bug is back to front on the rug printed pattern. I had to wing the entire lot. The colour shades of greens and reds were really hard to distinguish from the printed version on the rug. The wool was unraveling before I had even applied it, thankfully you do get spare to swap out the worst. Now it’s finished the mat is curling. I did contact seller however they asked me to send in photo evidence of quality which was impossible because the app doesn’t give you that option when responding. I said this and asked for an email address to which I was completely ignored. I’ve since found this on eBay for £12 so if you do want to buy it be aware it’s far cheaper elsewhere.

Good quality for the cost. Some threads longer than others. Instructions on how to start not clear enough as wasn't sure which way to work from and think I started going in the wrong direction/with wrong colour on wrong line but still looks as it should.

The service was good and prompt delivery I'm disappointed in the picture markings quite difficult to follow the pattern plus not true to size of the diagram having done many of these in the past I can adapt the pattern I wouldn't say it was for total beginners

Really cute kit. Easy to follow pattern both printed on the canvas and provided on a separate sheet. Already bound and backed which is brilliant. The yarn itself is not brilliant. There are random longer pieces and the bundles themselves are not cut entirely straight, however, there's plenty spare so you can discard the weird ones. Great value for the price and makes a lovely little rug, especially for a beginner.

Easy to do as first time project with more than enough wool. This was second kit from this seller and have had great service from seller.
