Good mass gainer, big serving size can make it hard to mix & drink
Overall happy with the product, good taste if you like strawberry although it is quite artificial. Serving size is massive which can make it hard to find a cup big enough to fit, I often took half a serve as it was just easier in every way. A big help to get extra calories in, especially if you’ve got a ways to go at the end of the day to meet your targets.

Terrible product with bad ratio of protein to carbs.
You get a lot, but it simply isnt quality. It is more carbs than protein, and the sodium levels will make you retain water and gain water weight. Never again.

Misleading advertisement, serving size is 2 scoops. Protein percentage is low. Also tastes very artificial
