Facing network issue,IP telephone connected with noise disturbance and network keeps dropping for systems connected.

Works well
Replaced a D-Link POE switch that died. This is running the same number of cameras and actually runs cooler than the D-Link did, no errors etc. Ask me again years from now but it's been in a few months with no issues.
