Q: My battery no longer works. Out of return time interval, but less than one year. Is there a replacement warrenty from seller?

Two of my three radio’s batteries have suddenly failed. The power supplies check out ok.

Q: the volume decreases significantly when running on battery pack. is it defective?

I don't think its a defect, so much as a battery saving function of the radio. My smartphone will produce a much lesser speaker output, when running on battery, vs being plugged into power. That's my guess.

Q: is this the same pack it comes with?

The radio does not come with a battery pack. It is an optional battery pack that you purchase separately. This battery pack works for the Mondo and Mondo+ by Grace Digital.
