It Works For Me
It is effective for me and I'm shocked. It gives me a little boost to get through tired days. I'm less bloated since using it. I can't say if it is the damiana for sure but my knees definitely have less pain when I workout. The taste is bearable. I think it's a great value for my money because I've had this since December 4th.

I actually like the taste. fruity, reminds me of grape juice. for a medicinal supplement it's pretty good!the effect on me is very subtle though, but I think when I’m in a deep meditative state I notice how it works in me.

Perfect before bed...
This is really relaxing. I take it with my magnesium bedtime drink. It kicks it within a few minutes and I'm so relaxed and better able to unwind.The taste is not terrible. But the dosage isn't great when you aren't familiar with how much 1 or 2 ml are. Usually most products like this give an idea how many drops are in an ml. But not the case here.I haven't taken it during the day as I am a mom of a toddler and can't afford to be more tired than usual. So before bed it is for me.
