The return window for my CrashSafe 6-in-1 car safety device w/emergency window glass breaker tool - seat belt cutter expired on 5.15.18. However, the black USB cord doesn't charge. It shouldn't be malfunctioning after using it for only one month & 2 weeks.Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. Very well built compact product. I keep my plugged in my center console most of the time to make sure it's charged. Recently had to use the flashlight during a night time tire change and I had no issues. My girlfriend often takes the product when we are on the go and uses the built in battery to charge her phone. Overall good design and highly recommend.

I keep this in my car at all times. I tested the crash safe on glass, cutting belts, using it to charge my phone and tried the flash light. It worked well on everything tried. I'm buying one for each of my adult children's cars. Such a great idea.

The CrashSafe is able to do everything promised. I especially liked the bright flashlight and the blinking red light. Unfortunately it did not fit in my car's cigarette lighter port, it was too long. I notified CrashSafe of this and they said it was supposed to be universal. They would notify the manufacturer that it was not compatible to my 2015 Toyota Avalon. They suggested I return the one I bought on Amazon since they had no way to modify the order. Then, they sent me a replacement one free to have in case of emergencies! I dearly wish it worked in my car, but what wonderful customer service!

I received the CrashSafe device and it worked right out of the box. The flashlight was surprisingly much brighter than I expected. Works great with my iPhone 8 and my wife loves the power bank for those times we forget to charge the phone before heading out.

This is hard to rate, because I hope I never have to use it. I don't know if it will break a window and cut a seat belt, but I hope it will. The charger works great, and the light is really strong. I'm glad I ordered it.

Item arrived quickly. All features work fine. Glad to have all in one. Now to figure out how to put my hands on it if my car is upside down in a creek.

So, in terms of back up battery for phones, and safety lights. this is a convenient gadget. The real investment is one I hope I never need--the window breaker and the seat-belt cutter. Don't know if they work--but the online demonstration of them working convinced me that they'll be there when/if we need them. (Purchased two)

I put cell phone connected to cord and 6in1 in my purse. I inadvertally bumped flashlight putting it into my purse.

Feels substantial, not flimsy at all. All functions work.

The thing I like the most about it is that it plugs into the 12v socket. That way if the car rolls it won't get lost. The light and backup battery could be helpful as well.

Flashlight doesn’t work

I wish the blue light didn't flash constantly while charging. Otherwise its great. Glad to know I have it handy in case of emergency

This thing has a big blue light that does not stop blinking and prevents you from focusing on the road at night.

I like How easy it was to connect inside my carson and the instructions to use it were simple.
