This is a high quality impact for a very reasonable price. It has plenty of power and is very lightweight. I highly recommend this for DIY and professional users.

No problem with the seller they were great.! The advertised foot lbs of torque seems to be off. I was trying to torque a crank bolt on a 1.5l 180 degrees hit on it for a while and moved it 60 degrees. After trying check to see if there was enough air flow to the impact. I had a tech come over with a Dewalt electric 1/2 inch "with less advertised foot lbs" and without hesitation took it the other 120 degrees, what a disappointment

Good quality impact, very quiet compared to similar miles and that was my main selling point.

The media could not be loaded.  This 3/8 impact has a load of torque for its size! It get in most places, while being lightweight. A must have tool to get the job done. I also have the 1/2 & 3/4 all three are the titanium series, and they all have there own purposes.The only downside I can think of is that they do cost more, however you do get what you pay for with this brand and series.

Been using this thing for 3 years now and it’s great! Noise is next to nothing, it feels pretty balanced in the hand, power isn’t crazy but nothing switch to a 1/2 can’t handle. Throw a boot over it and oil it after every use and this unit will last you a lifetime!

Purchased for use in the Heavy Duty/Diesel Truck field and this gun gets the job done! I also carry my 310S for light duty cars and this would work well for either application. IR makes great tools, worth it and less than a snap on gun of the same equivalent.

I left my first Impact Wrench ,same as this one, out in the Shop. It was taken! (Grrrrrr!!) I liked this wrench so much that I replaced it with the same one. It is small, light ,powerful, and held up to working in a Freightliner dealership for a year. It does all that I ask of it. Also, having the direction control on the back of the unit is handy as well. More expensive than others I've seen, but worth it to me.

For a 3/8 drive ..This thing is a Monster. For my normal daily use, I have to turn it down to the lowest setting . Happy ...YES Very happy .. will have to get use to the power !

Awesome little tool. Did what i expected it to do and more. I see myself using this gun more then my 1/2inch model because of its decent power, light weight and super speed. Ingersol Rand make great products!
