Loaded multivitamin with just about anything you could want. Only negative is that it is three capsules, but that also allows me to spread them out throughout the day, which I like.

I am quite impressed with the astonishing array of ingredients in this health supplement. There are so many things that it is almost mind-boggling to consider. However, that said, you’re talking only a minimum allotment of many of these ingredients, even though the serving is three tablets. So you must certainly consider the cost as this would be about a one month supply. It seems reasonable but if you are like me, you may already take a myriad of other health supplements so it is definitely a factor. I also do not like that they are hard tablets, as the capsule form to me is much preferred for absorption purposes. I have no confidence hard tablets ever completely dissolve in one’s system.

This Muscle Pharm Essentials Multi-V+ is my go-to daily multivitamin. It has everything I need to feel energized and healthy, plus the added minerals and probiotics are a great bonus. Whether it's for a workout or just getting through a busy day, this multivitamin really supports my energy and performance.I also love that it also helps with immune health. If you're looking for a solid everyday multivitamin, this one is definitely worth trying!

I've been steering away from traditional multivitamins lately, but this one just has so much in it, it lured me back. It is a complete vitamin and mineral blend that adds digestive enzymes, probiotics, antioxidants, and a fruits and vegetables blend.Things I like: Its comprehensiveness. The fact that it includes real food ingredients. The fact that the Vitamin A it has is a blend of beta carotene and palmitate, rather than all palmitate. The fact that it uses the d-alpha version of Vitamin E, rather than the synthetic dl version. No iron. Sufficient but not too much zinc and copper.At three tablets per serving, you get a month's supply. I consider this a mid-priced multi. Considering everything you get, it's not a bad value, in my opinion. Are there things missing? Sure, there always are. For instance, unless I'm missing it, there's no lycopene in this. But I've realized you get more of that in a little salsa or ketchup than in dedicated supplements, even, much less multivitamins. So, I've been less concerned about getting every last nutrient out there and more about getting as much good stuff in one place as possible. This multi does that for sure, in my opinion.

These Multi-Vitamins came in a double-sealed bottle with an expiration date two years hence. The capsules are quite large and may be problematic for some people. They do have a smooth coating which makes swallowing a little easier. The taste, at least to me, is not nice so I suggest not keeping them in your mouth for long. There is a long list of vitamins and minerals in them plus a blend of 42 Fruits & vegetables. I'm not an expert nor a doctor but there appears to be most everything the body needs included in these. In fact, the list is so overwhelming I decided to get my doctor's approval before taking these on a regular basis.

This is Essentials Multi-V+, The Athlete's Multi-Vitamin supplement by Muscle Pharm brand. This is a daily multivitamin blend that is specially formulated for athletes. There are so many ingredients in this blend that you cannot contain it all in one capsule. You take 3 a day. This includes all of the vitamins and minerals that you normally get in a daily multivitamin, but with Muscle Pharm brand that is only the beginning. In addition to that you get a digestive enzyme & probiotic blend, a greens and immune blend, Antioxidant and Nutrient blend, and the massive 42 fruit and veggies blend. That is a whole lot of goodness in three small capsules. The bottle contains a months worth of product. This is a great multivitamin for athletes!

First, I'm a big fan of Muscle Pharm products, so as a middle-aged athlete who can use all the help she can get...I was eager to try these vitamins. The recommended does is 3 tablets per day, which seemed like a lot for a daily vitamin, so I've been taking 1-2 pills per day and may slowly move up to the recommended dose.These vitamins are green and filled with tons of vitamins and minerals to help with muscle recovery, energy production, daily vitality, and immune health. They're easy to swallow, don't taste too bad (just swallow them fast!), and I love that they also have enzymes, antioxidants, and probiotics in them. If you're an athlete or just want to give your body a health boost, try these vitamins!

I was surprised by the dark green color of these. Its pretty intense and the large pills were harder to swallow than a normal sized vitamin. Gave me a bad case of hiccups after taking them. Serving size is 4 caps which is a lot to take daily, imo, especially if you take other supplements as well.Otherwise the formula is good with lots of quality ingredients. Stay healthy!
