So far, this combo has worked great. I have been told resin works. But this combination works well overall. Improved energy and circulation. I have slept better since using it.

I have been taking this product for about a month now. I saw some videos on benefits of Vitamins D3 and K2 and that's what grabbed my attention first, but there is also other good stuff in here like chaga and black seed oil which i have also taken as individual supplements before and its great that they are all in one here. The ONE thing that bothers me is the strong smell, but if you just remind yourself not to breathe and swallow the pills quickly its not too bad.

This product was great I will have to reorder because I have used it all up and really need to continue with this supplement
