So happy with my purchase! Love that I can stack the weights so that I’m getting a better pump. I think it’s well worth the price, compared to others you’re getting more equipment and possible uses for it.

I purchased this item for at home work outs and love how versatile it is. The seller even reached out and provided video links for different types of exercises you can use with the set. I love how you can customize the weight on the bar and allows you to really tailor your exercises at home.

good pilates set overall. If you train at home, you might consider this as useful and ready in few seconds.The set has it all for you to be toned and in shape., obviously dont skip gym or pilates, etc. This is just a good addition to your routine that you might be doing. The bar is easy to set up and the bands offer a good variety of resistance, allowing you to have a wide range of exercises to work on many muscle groups and body parts. The price is a little expensive as the quality of the set is quite basic to mediocre, but it does the job.

Just received it a week ago but can't help to write the review. It exceeded my expectations! The quality is great for yhe price and the work outs are really powerful. Lots of free videos on YouTube also and all makes this a fantastic tool to have at home. I would highly recommend.

First of all, you may want to check the product’s videos to see that even the models in the videos are not tall enough—where the stretch of these bands would make any difference to the exercises they’re doing (if you use the attachments). It’s not good with that in mind.I should’ve checked them before ordering.I won’t go into not attaching it to your door or pulling things indoors...You only have to check social media for bands like these snapping into faces to have a laugh and think twice.I’ll stick to my continuous loop, natural latex ones, that I can pull to my hearts content—as long as I make sure the fibres are heated by stretching them along (till they stretch freely) before actually going into exercising with them! Otherwise they will snap, especially if used in the cold.This set is 100% overpriced for what you get. Wouldn’t have been as bad if the loops weren’t hollowed? Nope, it’ll still be too expensive for what it is.Now it’s not all bad. If I was using just the bands without the bar and attachment.Holding the ends for example to just pull across in a pec fly, doubling the bands,and just holding onto the end, Go slow both ways and it’s a workout!Which has taken me from reading it the 1/5 I was feeling.It may also work—if you were tall enough, to do squats with it on the bar behind you.Otherwise I’ll have to use it in a way that it wasn’t designed to be used,perhaps, bicep curls, overhead, tricep press, etc, so it’s not totally useless.If the price wasn’t so silly, this would easily be 4/5.But I wouldn’t have been happy if I’d paid £55, so a neutral rating (3.2/5)

I am very happy with this purchase. The equipment is durable. They all function properly. A year after purchasing and they are used 5 days a week really good purchase.

Pero la verdad es que viene todo el equipo completo. La presentación viene en su caja que obviamente trae el nombre del producto como la imagen. Me llegó con todos los accesorios. El precio no se me hace exagerado, pero si me hubiera gustado un poquito más barato, pero el producto viene bien el que me tocó.Viene bien y espero que a los demás que lo compren igual, ya lo demás dependerá de uno, existen varios tutoriales en YouTube.

Lo uso todos los días para hacer ejercicio en tren superior e inferior. Tiene múltiple posibilidades. Me viene muy bien como sustituto de la máquina de polea de los gym. Trae una bolsita para guardarlo.

I recently got into physical therapy for a shoulder injury and realized I should incorporate more regular strength training into my daily routine.I have a set of weights, but it's nice to be able to switch up the routine with progressively stronger resistance and not take up too much space. Once I progress more, I might order some stronger resistance bands. They are easy to swap out and I like the carabiner at the end instead of something weaker that might come undone. I really feel safe using this, and not at risk of being injured by a band coming loose.There are lots of youtube videos with workout routines you can do! And the door mount essentially doubles the possibilities, I'm very glad it's included.
