Am too Disappointed with Refurbished iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon – Battery Health Collapsed 12% in 2 Months I bought a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon expecting a solid device to last me for the next 3 years. When it arrived on June 28th, the battery health showed 100% Maximum Capacity. Fast forward just ~10 weeks, and it has already dropped down to 88%! Losing 12% battery health in roughly two months is not normal wear and tear. The phone drains so fast that I can barely get through the day without reaching for a charger. It feels like the device was either fitted with a cheap non-genuine battery or the battery health readout was manipulated before shipping. What makes it worse is the customer support runaround. When I contacted Amazon, they simply passed the blame and told me to reach out to Apple instead. However, Apple doesn't cover third-party refurbished parts under warranty! If you're thinking of buying a refurbished iPhone from Amazon, be extremely cautious about the battery. O produto veio bem embalado, chegou bem rápido, mas estava bem sujo o celular ainda vou ter que pagar para fazerem um limpeza na parte do áudio, está saindo bem ruim. A bateria dele provavelmente foi trocada mais funciona perfeitamente. Somente que deixou a desejar foi parte do microfone que estão bem sujas que no caso terei que desembolsar para limpar! E celular tem poucas marcas de uso!
