Excellent selection of holds, good surface texture for grip on sloping holds. Well worth paying a bit extra for this model which is deeper and provides the greater variety of holds. Mounted above door using a 2cm thick plank of pine which is then fixed to the door Stiles using three large Turbo coachscrews from Screwfix each side.

brilliant training board
have it on the stairs ,and have to do 5 pull ups every time i go up or down .wife is complains about all the kit on the stairs but am really feeling the benefit

Unusable
This is a robust product however I am 9 stone and this has been screwed into 4 different locations and rips out if the wall every time I’ve tried to use it irrespective of fittings used completely unusable

Je m'en sers tout les jours pour m'étirer le dos . Je n'utilise finalement que les prise supérieurs latérale . Se nettoie bien avec une éponge et un chiffon.

Ho montato questa trave sopra lo stipite di una porta in sgabuzzino cosi' da potermi esercitare senza strusciare contro un muro. Questa soluzione fa pero' si che la trave sia abbastanza in alto (non comodissima) e che ci si arrivi solo saltando. Il prodotto e' di ottima qualita', molto "ruvido", simile alle prese d'arrampicata che si possono trovare in palestra. Offre un sacco di possibilita' (da 5 dita, fino ad il mono dito) ed e' perfetto per allenarsi a casa. L'unico piccolo difetto sta nell'assenza dei tasselli. Il prodotto viene venduto unicamente con delle viti da legno ed ho quindi dovuto usare dei tasselli da 8 miei. I fori per far passare le viti non sono enormi (i tasselli da 10 con le loro viti non passano) e non e' possibile allargali. Tuttavia dopo una settimana di utilizzo sembra ben solito grazie ai 5 diversi fori. ↓ Se ti sono stato utile ↓
