We got this after having the physical therapist use one on my husband when he injured his hamstring. He couldn't wait to get it, and it works great! Price is very reasonable too.

This review below came to the attention of Wolady, whereupon I was contacted. They offered me a full refund or a replacement and I chose the replacement. The new Massage Ball was received and this one works great - no stoppages, no problems re-charging it - all good. While there may have been a problem with the first one, they were very quick to get back to me and the replacement arrived immediately. Excellent customer service!This product was great, until it wasn't. Worked fine, loved the massage, easy to use, very effective for two (2) weeks!!! Left it alone for a week and hmmmmm, won't come on, no lights visible, pressed button several time. Hmmmmm? Must have run out of charge. Plugged it in - no light came on indicating it was charging. Wow, must have really run out of power. Left it on charger for 2 hours - nothing. Pamphlet that comes with it says to contact them if "power indicator does not work after long time charging." E-mailed - 1 week nothing. E-mailed again and no response. Learned my lesson - never buy this product.

Feels great during and even better after using to massage knees

I ordered this product in June of this year and loved it immediately. However it stopped holding a charge after less than two months and I left a negative review. THE MANUFACTURER CONTACTED ME and was determined to make it right. I now have a new Ball and once again, love the product.Thank you, Yokie.

I bought this ball in October 2023 and it is now December 2023 and it started to vibrate slower and eventually gave out despite charging it. It was good until it wasn’t.

I love this massager! I was introduced to it by my Physical Therapist. His product was $79 and this one is half the price and a different brand name but it’s essentially the very same product. I recommend it highly if you need a massager you can roll where you need it and lean on it so you don’t need to hold it. Love it.

So I was reading that the rubber moves around and it won’t start so you have to align the rubber and then it turns back on, but it’s but it shouldn’t do that. Once you turn it off and turn it back on it should be fine, but seems like you always have to align it all the time when it doesn’t start that’s not a good thing.????

If you have muscle pain, one of the things that you may need to do is lay down on a rubber ball to work out knots and/or other tense muscle groups. However, what do you do if have a particularly tender area, or an area that needs extra work? Without a device like this, all you could do would be to use a back massage device—and try to get enough pressure on it—or have someone massage you.This device fills the gap.Once you turn it on, you can lay on it, and provide as much pressure as you need—as it vibrates. The large size of it also means you are less likely to run into issues if you are working on your glutes/piriformis. (buttocks)There are a couple minor things that detract from it, but nothing worth taking off a star. First, I found there wasn't too much difference in the three speeds, but frankly it doesn't matter. You'll get benefits no matter what speed you use. It also has an auto shutoff timer that will power the unit off after 12 minutes. This is a wise choice though, since ANY device that has a motor will generate heat. If this was unit was run continually, it would fry itself, since there are no cooling vents. But cooling vents would defeat the purpose of it being washable. So I suggest you use a 1:1 duty ratio. 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off. If you do that, you should never run into issues where the motor fails from excessive heat.The only nuisance is charging. You'll need good vision and light to spot the charging port. Tip: look for the letters "DC" printed next to the power button. But there is no 'hole' for the charging plug, you simply press the plug right through the rubber. It slides through with ease though, and you can feel it click into the jack. Then the LED will come on when it is charging. I put a dab of nail polish beside the port, to make it easy to find. But I had NO issues with charging it, once I located the port.I've had it for a month now, and so far it hasn't given me any trouble.

Hard to find a good massage ball that doesn't do more harm than good. It's not too spikey, not too flat. Is nice and firm to dig into sore spots. The vibrate helps to loosen up muscles and if you use it on your neck you can imagine what it's like to become scrambled eggs while it shakes your brain around.It's good. 10/10 would recommend

The charging port design is horrible. First of all, they give you very little clue of where it is and ever time you struggle to find it.Secondly, what ever it is in the design of the charging port cause it it to move during the vibrating I guess, all I know is after a few uses, when I plugged in the cable to charge it, it went into an empty hole, no resistance. So I figured well it's over, something broke so I took it apart with great difficulty. I discovered that it had moved some how under the rubber.Unfortunately once I aligned things and it started working again, I couldn't get it back together as it didn't have any screws and the design doesn't allow it to be easily be taken apart and put together. So, in short, it's a 1 star item that could have been a 4-5 star item if they had used screws or designed a little better.
