This is my go-to brand for mine and my families supplements due to their consistent use of high quality ingredients.My doctor has recommended that I take B12 daily to help with my energy levels as a 44 year old women and the fact that these are a ‘higher potency’ is amazing - I have really noticed the difference in taking this daily as I’ve not been having my usual ‘2pm sluggish/lack of energy’. I’d say I felt the effects within a few days and I would say ‘full impact’ after about a week.They are capsules which are easy to take and have no bitter aftertaste or cause any stomach upset.Always great value for money so I’d recommend.

I am extremely impressed with the results I have gotten since using these. I struggle with low energy levels, thankfully this supplement has made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life. This form of B12 is easily absorbed and utilized by my body. The lozenges are small and easy to take, makes them convenient for on-the-go use. They have a pleasant berry flavor.

This is so far the only supplement that doesn't have third-party testing data that I've rated higher than three stars. I'm just trusting that the two kosher certifications they have on the bottle and on their website are legit. Generally, if something is kosher it is also halal, and those certifications usually mean that there are more rigorous standards and testing being done to ensure that the ingredients are correct and sourced properly. I have also felt better energized when using it, but that could be a placebo effect. The company seems to put a bit of care and explanation into their products, judging from their website. Given the importance they place on this in their FAQs section, I would hope that they would add third-party testing verification so that we could be more confident in their supplements' ingredients and potency.

I need to take extra B12 and these lozenges make it easy to take any time. I feel like i get a lot for the price, getting a 90 day supply. They taste good and dissolve quickly on my tongue. B12 does help my energy.

These have been great for my energy levels and motivation levels throughout the day after just taking them for a few days, I could feel the increase in my energy and I can feel the difference when I do forget to take them too lol. So all in all, a great supplement that I have no issues with.

I am accustomed to taking B12 supplements and also get the occasional B12 shot for different health-related purpose, so a nice change from having to swallow more supplements, as I already have a lot that I have to take daily as it is. I have them sitting at my laptop so I can take them in the day time when I know I need a pick-me-up the most.

I love that these are little lozenges so I can just pop one during work, tastes good, works fast, you get a lot of them for the price, I feel energized
