I had almost bought the Green style of Cane that my Physical therapy office has. It was $30 on here at one point but after a few weeks it jumped to $40 and has not come down since. For $22 shipped this was worth it. The material is not quite as good of quality as the green one, but it works just fine. Assembly is just screwing two rods together.I use this for muscles in the top of my left shoulder on days when I don't go into therapy.

I have another massage cane, but I really liked some of the ideas on this one - the interchangeable tips and the roller. They are definitely an added value. I tend to like the pointed tip, as it gets deeper in the muscles, on my back. However, from sitting my very low back, near the tailbone, gets sore, and that area is way too sensitive for the pointed tip.

This cane is amazing to use for knots anywhere on your body

This product is flimsy and on affective for an adult male, disappointed with the flexing and flimsiness. Would not buy again.

This tool could be useful for muscles I guess. I thought that was my problem but it turned out to be something else. I think it could be good on pressure points. My Chiropractor said that using it on muscle tissue could cause further inflammation to an already inflamed tissue. I wanted to return it but I missed the deadline.

I have done trigger point therapy for many years now and I have used a cane that looks pretty similar. This cane has more types of massage knobs than my other massage cane has. This cane is nice because you can take it apart for travel; It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and it certainly is more effective than my small travel massagers. I do have a small fear I will lose that little knob that holds it together (I lose a lot of things), but a hardware store probably has a screw that could replace it — I don’t know if the screw part is a standard size. The round and pointy massage knobs work well. I am still experimenting with the 4-finger massage node; I’ve never seen one like that before and haven’t gotten it to do anything useful yet. The roller massage things in the middle are nice, but for me this cane is about those knobs. No instructions came with this device. I know how to use this cane, but many buyers might need a guide for using it. I remember that I needed guidance when I used my first such massage cane! This seems sturdy and works for me.
