This helps with cramps the vibration and heating are just right. Although too tight for big people.

The heat and the gentle vibration were just absolutely lovely. I was a tiny bit alarmed when the directions suggested not using the massaging function during menstruation because it could trigger excessive flow. It was confusing since this was marketed as a menstruation aid. So for safety's sake, I didn't use the massaging function until the last days of my cycle when flow was annoyingly slow anyway.

The product get super hot which limits how long you can wear at a time and the massage component is too loud to sleep with.

I’ve tried a couple other portable/“belly-shaped” heating pads and this is the best one yet, in part, I think, because it *doesn’t* have too many bells and whistles. Heating pads need to be able to do *one* thing well, not a dozen things in a *meh* kind of way, and this one delivers. It charges quickly and, unless you’re running it continuously on high heat with the massage feature, the battery holds a charge for several hours (I didn’t get the five hours mentioned in the product description, but I’d say I got close to four hours on medium to high heat with intermittent use of the massage). I wasn’t overly impressed with the massage modes, but I think that’s due as much to preferring massage devices on my lower back (which is awkward with this design) than on my belly. It’s not silent, but it *is* definitely fairly quiet, which I’ve never been able to say about other models.A few other observations:— *Do* take a look at the instructions before you toss them. There are only two buttons, but configuring the settings isn’t very intuitive (or I was having an off day ;)), but once you see what’s what, it’s easy to use.—The included charging cord is short, which might be inconvenient to some, but also makes it easy to carry around for periodic recharging (also, the charger is a regular usb-c cord so if you prefer a longer cord, that’s easy to find). The charging port is a bit tight and needed a firm push to connect.—Like any heating pad with this convex design, it is obviously going to work/sit more efficiently against areas like the belly or thighs, and the strap does make it a lot easier to use on the lower back without it slipping too much. Also, the adjustable strap is is straightforward and I haven’t had any trouble with the clasp.

This Cordless Heating Pad is so convenient and easy to use, especially since it doesn't have a cord. The part that you place against yourself is very soft, which is comforting. I like the way the strap that you wrap around yourself is adjustable, but it also has a clip too, so where you adjusted it is saved and you don't have to keep adjusting it each time.The heating pad warmed up quickly and there are 3 levels of warmth to chose from. The 3 modes of massage are the same pattern, just different levels of intensity. The pattern that the vibrations follow is that it keeps cycling through is 2 beats, to 3 beats, to 4 beats, and finally to 5 beats then a long beat.It's great that it also had a 30-minute shut-off safety feature so you don't need to worry about falling asleep with it on.I think this would make a thoughtful gift. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this Cordless Heating Pad.

The product itself feels decently made. The front is plastic while the back is very soft and velvety and very soothing to touch. The belt is elastic which makes it very easy to put on and take off snugly. There is also a clip to put it on and take it off which is relatively flat and does not press into the skin. The device is battery powered which makes it very easy to wear under clothes and to walk around the house or outside, and is not super obvious if you wear a jacket. It heats up fairly quickly, within 10-30 seconds I can tell that it is getting hot already. Not a big fan of the vibrating massage but that is a preference as it generally is not something I enjoy, the heating is much more important for me.

The heat pad is warm but hard to figure out how it works. It does have a vibrating function that is nice on the muscles.
